A cancellation during these 30 days is free of charge. If you decide to continue using Whoop!, we will charge 3% of your spent shopping media budget of this period to ensure a seamless transition. The software-fee for the first 30 days is still free.
Whoop! will create a new item-based campaign in your AdWords account (don’t worry. Whoop! won’t touch your existing account structure). This process usually takes one or two working days. After the setup is finished, you will get a notification.
To start with Whoop! you need an AdWords and a Merchant Center account. Your Merchant Center account has to contain a valid product data feed. You also need a working conversion tracking. Therefore you can use Google Analytics or the AdWords conversion tracking. What you also should keep in mind: Whoop! works best if you have already some (several months) historical data in your account.
The 3% media spending is calculated retrospectively, based on the previous usage period and as percentage of your shopping spendings.
